I have been a client of Paris for over four years, doing personal training sessions up to twice a week. Throughout this time I have increased my strength, fitness, lost weight and learnt a lot about muscle groups, exercises and correct technique.
I thoroughly enjoy my personal training sessions and look forward to them each week, Paris has always planned the session and provides a wide range of exercises, and no two workouts are ever the same. Paris puts a lot of enthuses on safety and using the correct techniques when working out and using equipment. He will talk you through the exercise and demonstrate what he is asking you to, as well as correcting your technique if needed.
Paris always ensures that his work outs are challenging and fun, he tailors these to the different fitness and strength level of his clients. Paris also offers small group sessions which are awesome, training with a couple of other people, it’s really encouraging working out with and alongside others.
I have also been involved in Paris outdoor training programme ‘stars’, with a larger group, this has definitely helped increased my fitness levels and a great chance to train outdoors with others.
Paris is always very encouraging, friendly and supportive, he has great knowledge in personal training and I would highly recommend him.
